Today was a really neat day. We took a hike through the country of Kent. We didn’t see anything famous we just walked through large hills and fun little towns. We stopped by a farm and got some frozen fruit. They also had lavender flavored ice cream. We saw " hop" they are these tall stick things used for making beer. You pronounce the p at the end more like a b. This hike took most of the day. I got home around five and have just been doing homework. There was one house that had pink and black shutters--it was really exciting. Part of the hike involved us walking across a golf driving range. It was pretty crazy because the people just kept golfing. We were also trekked on some really narrow streets where cars were driving super fast. When you see a car you are supposed to yell "car!" so everyone can move. By the end of the evening we were trying to figure out how to say car in different languages. I got a lot of reading done on the train out there.
Bro. Chittick arranges for us to go out into the wards in the stakes. He takes all of the BYU groups on this walk. There is a pretty steep incline at one point and he is older. I was impressed. He also brings along this kid George to help him. George is probably 13 and loves talking to the ladies.
We also got to walk through kissing gates. They are called this because if two people go through the gate at the same time they run into each other. We took some fun pictures of this.
Oh and just a side note I’m going to try and use a slide show and then just highlight some pictures on the side. The list of pictures was getting too long. Let me know if you like this better. Oh and please forgive all grammatical and spelling errors. I just spit stuff out--posting everyday takes a lot of time so I don’t really read through them again. Sorry :)

Good thing you have a close relative or more who are talented editors...heh heh but there are some things I'm itching to point out!! But I'll spare you public humiliation on your blog. Love you and so glad that your hike was fun.
I so enjoy reading your blog Danielle. It is delightful. I like the slideshow, but wish the size of the photos were larger.
I am living vicariously through YOU. Thank you for working so hard and sharing your life with family and friends while in England.
As far as I am concerned, all blogs are spelling free correction zones:) No need to apologize IMHO time is limited and assume all are typos which we can correct in our own minds if really bothered by such.
You are such a darling young lady. I feel so happy to read your words, view your photos and brag to everyone that you are my niece.
Love,
Aunt Sally
never did this walk. I bet it is awesome! I have the worst grammar and spelling and don't even have lack of time as an excuse, no worries.
